If I exceed my quota will I get billed for the excess?
Rhinoback™ will never bill you for more than you subcribed for. If you exceed
your quota, you will be sent a notice via email. You can then decide to increase your
plan or backup less files.

What will appear on my credit card statement?
You will see a charge from Rhino USA, LLC.

Can I pay for multiple accounts with the same credit card?
Yes, you will see separate charges on your credit card statement for each account.

How can I cancel my account and stop the billing?
Select the Account Tab above, and then select "Cancel Account" on the left side of the page.

Can you bill my telephone number instead of a credit card?
We do not have a payment system in place for billing telephone numbers.

Will you sell or rent my email address?
No, we will not share your email address with anyone else. We only use your email address to send
you notices relating to your Rhinoback service. Please see our
Privacy Statement.

Does Rhinoback accept debit cards?
Yes, you can enter a debit card number in the same way you would a credit card number to pay for
your Rhinoback service.

How long can I keep my free account?
You can keep your free account for as long as you want to. Free accounts are not trial accounts,
they are yours to use to backup your files. Please note that Rhinoback will periodically remove
free accounts that are inactive. Please see our
Free Account Removal Policy.

I created a free account on Rhinoback a few months ago but can't find it now.
Rhinoback deletes free accounts that have not been used for 30 days.

How many free accounts can I have?
You are only allowed to maintain one free account per email address.

How can I increase my Rhinoback storage allocation?
Select the
Account tab at the top of this page, then select
My Account. You will find
Change Account Type bext to your
existing account type. When you select this option, you may be requested to login if you are not already
logged in. Select your new options. If you haven't previously entered your credit card billing information
you will be prompted to do so.

Is it safe to enter my credit card number into
this website?
Yes, all pages on this website that display or receive billing data, or any other information about your
account are automatically encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This is the same security that is used by banks and
online bill payment systems. You can be certain that pages are encrypted with SSL by looking for the lock
icon
in your browser. The lock is located in
the status area at the bottom of your page in Microsof Internet Explorer. The lock is located at the right end
of the address box in FireFox, and a slightly differnt lock icon is located in the far upper right corner of the
Apple Safari browser. These lock icons are displayed by the browser when the content is secured by SSL
and a digital certificate. The website developer cannot cause the browser to display the lock icon without using
SSL.

Why do you need my telephone number?
Rhinoback does not need or use your telephone number. Our credit card processor requires us to
collect a telephone number to be submitted with the transaction data for processing. Rhinoback will not
use this number for sales or marketing purposes and we do not disclose this information to any other
party other than the credit card processor.
