Free Account Removal Policy

Rhinoback Basic Accounts are absolutely free for you to use as long as you use them. Free accounts may be removed without notice if either of the following conditions are true:

1) The account has no backup data and is more than 3 days old

2) The account has not had a successful backup job in the past 30 days

Please note that you may not receive any warning prior to the removal of an inactive free account. Rhino USA, LLC. cannot be held responsible for backup data lost due to removal of a free backup account. Rhino USA, LLC. reserves the right to modify or cancel the free account programs and the free account removal policy at anytime. Changes that affect existing free accounts will be posted here at least 30 days prior to becoming effective.
